Just sat down and was called back for X-rays, shortly after that I was taken to room. Doctor arrived shortly after. I’m very pleased.

Dr. Jolly listened very closely to my concerns and took xrays every visit to determine healing, if any. She talks to me in a way I understand and she is proactive in trying to save my limb. I would recommend her to anyone needing Orthopedic care.

From time I checked in couldn't of went any better. 5 minute wait in lobby. Prep time for procedure was excellent, everyone was so nice. I was well cared for. Dr Piatt is awesome. Highly recommend him at OMC.

Dr Piatt and staff were so nice and helpful. Paid attention to what I was saying! Listened but tried to find the best solution for me. Everyone was personable but professional. It was a excellent visit with an excellent staff.

I went in for a simple procedure that's been done before. Previously, the whole visit took 45 minutes and they were prepared with all the supplies to do the procedure and this is without early registration. This time, even with early registration, the whole visit was 2 hours and 15 minutes. They have zero consideration for people's time. I made an appointment for a reason and was made to wait 30 minutes in the waiting room and then an hour while in the exam room before the doctor even came in. I then had to wait for another 30 minutes for the staff to even be ready for the procedure, even after informing them that this was the same issue as last time. They have no respect for patients' time. I was told that the doctor would be in shortly. I wouldn't call that long of a wait short at all. Would not recommend this disrespectful place.

Dr. Piatt is kind and caring! He explains everything so you can understand. He cares for you like family!

Dr. Piat is always friendly and explains things in a way that is easy to understand. He listened well to my concerns and seems to want to do what you think is best for you.

I would completely recommend them to everyone

Although I don’t see him listed as a provider here. However, he has been phenomenal and extremely helpful and direct. Doesn’t sugar coat what’s important and gets right to it. Which is all I needed being in a lot of pain. He has fixed almost everything and I’m looking forward to one of my upcoming and hopefully last visit visits where I will be free of pain.

Dr. Jolly's Nurse Practitioner Amber Tooley was AWESOME-- so grateful for her courteous & knowledgeable answers to my multitude of questions-- really helped me to understand everything concerning my upcoming hip replacement surgery. Did not make me feel like she could only allow 5-10min for my appt-- made me feel like she would take as much time as necessary to reassure and inform me, which was greatly appreciated. Outstanding example of wonderful patient care!!

Amber Tooley Board Certified Nurse Practitioner was very kind, Knowledgable and efficient. I was in and out after a knee injection. Highly recommend Amber!

Doctor Susan Jolly listened to everything I wanted her to know of why I was there, she was very efficient at explaining the X-ray results and what my option was, and she administered the pain relief option. She was very thorough and had a great character about her.

I spent about 5 minutes with the nurse going over my history. She left the room and when she did she left the door open. Which I always understood the doors were to be closed for patient privacy. Then when the doctor came to the room, I heard the nurse tell him my history. He walked in and proceeded to rapidly run down about my back pain probably having to do with my muscles. He said that he was going to send me to PT for 6 weeks and then we'd see where I'm at. He told me PT would be in to discuss with me what they would do. He asked if I was okay with that. I said yes mainly because I was still processing everything and trying to remember what questions I had for him. He was out the door within I would say 2-3 minutes. PT showed up and verified my phone number and that was it. I have been to this office and seen a NP in 2023 and received much better care. This visit was disappointing though. I understand they were very busy, but was still disappointed in the care given yesterday.

Office staff and nurses ere friendly and efficient. I felt they listened to what I had to say. PA Piatt took time to answer all of our questions and put me at ease with the steps I need to take in the coming weeks.

My appointment on Feb. 12 was at 9 a.m. to see Amber Tooley. She was running late and I was in the room over an hour before she got to me, but when she did, she was very through in addressing my problem and telling me all my options. She has a great bedside manner and is very knowledgeable in her field.
