As an office administrator I am blown away by how I was spoken to by the referral department here. From saying they didn’t get my referral after I stated I have the confirmation I was told to send it again with current labs. It had current labs at the time of the referral. This is about the sixth referral my staff has sent over to Lolita giving you our business for it to be “lost”. This would have been a dialysis patient for you all that was sent 2 months ago with a creatinine of 9.6. This should have been scheduled immediately. I am a patient of Dr phillippi so I called to speak to his secretary as she has always explained and made the appointment while I was on the phone. I am told she is no longer there. I will be talking to Dr phillippi at my next appointment about his staff and the rudeness myself and staff has experienced. I have spoken to my physicians here and we think it’s best to pull our referrals from ALL of our clinics. You need someone with the knowledge
