From my first consultation to the three telehealth visits, I have continually had issues with this office. They will not give me an itemized bill for all of the charges from my visits. They called and told me how much I owed but I ended up paying double because they did not disclose all of the charges. Recently received another statement for a nurse telehealth visit but she was out of network and that was never advised before or after the phone call. No one wants to help and the answer I get is you have to speak to billing and billing says they are correct and not their problem. No one will help and the staff gets aggravated when you tell them it is incorrect or ask for more information. One person told me I cannot get my records or list of charges because it was two different billing systems. So they can't actually tell me what I paid either. Also had two different doctors giving me conflicting recommendations. I will never go here again!
