Good doctor, but his staff and his admin is horrible. If you need a refill on a prescription, be sure you're going to have to ask multiple times on multiple platforms. If you send a message through the patient portal, chances are you will never get a reply. And if you book an appointment, just know you are going wait 2 hours before you're seen. And the staff, while nice, do not take any responsibility for their mistakes. Even if you call multiple times before an appointment and ask if there is anything that you need to do before your appointment and they reassure you everything is in order, come appointment time they will tell you they don't have something they needed from you and can't do your blood test. It's happened to me multiple times. The staff will not help you, and will not fix problems they caused. Their time isn't worthless, but neither is mine or any other patient's, but Cooper has no problem treating you as such.
