Batson Physical Therapy, Wiggins, MS

On my final report, sent to my Primary Care Manager, they indicated the incorrect site for treatment. They indicated treating the Cervical Spine, when in fact it was the Lumbar Spine. They also indicated that I only had 8 treatment. I had 16 treatment, from 3/9/2023 to 5/4/2023. There were several other significant errors also. I called to discuss this with them, talked to Susan their receptionist, to have someone write a corrected or amended report, but they never saw fit to return my call, as I was told they would do. Though the staff there is very nice and acts caring, their attention to detail is less to be desired. Maybe, if they spent less time playing with their cellphones and more time paying attention to their clients and paperwork this wouldn't have happened.
