The Dr Mrs Renita was super kind she made sure to find the answers we needed. And the staff went out of their way to ensure I had the best care.

When I came to northeastern I could barely use my left hand. Most of the feeling was gone I'm my fingers and I couldn't grip a hammer to work. Starting with the reception I was greeted and treated kindly staff assessed my needs and promptly scheduled a surgery to correct the issues in my hand and arm. While it may take some time to fully heal today I can use my hand again and that is a gift thank to Mrs Reina and all of the team at northeastern Ortho.

Renita Smallwood is the PA that saw my daughter today 12/7/2023 and she was the most unprofessional PA i’ve ever dealt with. She was very rude and continued to go back and forth with me (the parent) then slammed the exam room door as she left. there’s a lot more i can say but i will be reporting her. My daughter saw her awhile back and she was rude. i wish i would’ve asked who my daughter was seeing at the time i made the appointment but i didn’t. Again, Renita Smallwood, very unprofessional and rude, to say the least! Renita Smallwood is definitely in the profession with the attitude and the way she talks to her patients. The ONLY reason i gave 2 stars today is because of the young lady that put the cast on my daughter, she was very polite. if i had to rate according to Renita. i would give 0 stars.
