NO COMMUNICATION
When appointment scheduled 6 months ahead and needs to be cancelled due to no doctor available, no call made to patient. Needed blood work and urine sample but not able to due because no doctor was able to see me. Doctors don't due blood or urine samples so why could this not have been done? Very poor communication to their patients. Go anywhere but here!

It was a nightmare! Needed to get blood work & wanted to go there first at office. Refused to give me paperwork. Erica Hammond Smith said had to make appointment with her. They stress patients need to notify them to change or cancel. They ignored their own policy and cancelled my appointment. Was never able to do any of it. Totally uncaring and unprofessional!
