I've had very good luck at this practice. Both telehealth and in-person appointment have gone well, and care has been excellent.

My husband, kids, and I were patients at OFD for about 13 years, but I have been waiting a long time to see a doctor for myself. The three others have had so many appointments between them for their respective pressing needs that I fell through the cracks, since I didn't have any. The problem is that I'm legally blind and can't drive, so my husband has to take a vacation day to bring people to appointments. This is because OFD got rid of their after hours and Saturday clinics, or else I could have gone when my husband was not at work. Now, when I NEED to see a doctor, I find out that OFD dropped me as a patient because it's been 5 years since I went there for myself. So, I jumped through their hoops and filled out new patient forms and was scheduled on the same day as my kids, who were not kicked from the patient list. My husband scheduled his vacation day to bring us. Today, I get a message saying that they mis-scheduled me for a day when the doctor who does "new patients" isn
