Front Desk

The two ladies that work the front desk are the worst I have ever seen from a medical office standpoint. They act like every person/patient is intrusion of their day. They are very rude and condescending. They do not follow through on their responsibilities, we have had to call numerous times to follow up and get them to do their job. When we do then miraculously things get done!!
