This clinic is, by far the worst I have ever been to. They mismanaged, were poorly educated about, and provided poor guidance regarding a health study that they encourage me to participate in. When I advocated for myself and expressed my dissatisfaction with their lack of competence I was released from care by Dr. Richard Wynn with no notice which is called abandonment ( I was already looking for another doctor, but was released from this practice with NO notice simply for advocating for my own medical care). Dr. Wynn sent me a letter via their patient portal and then blocked me from accessing it or any of my personal health information. Dr. Wynn also, with no notice refused to fill my prescriptions which adversely affected my health outcomes. Also, good luck also on ever getting anyone to answer a phone at this clinic and the staff seems to have more turnover than a fast food restaurant. I don't think I ever dealt with the same staff twice.
