The office got me in quickly after chipping a tooth and the fix was explained thoroughly. Felt that I was in expert hands.

Staff is kind and makes your dental visit a breeze. Administration is well managed - clear documentation, billing, and attention to detail. Dr. Gentry is professional and competent and did multiple fillings for me. Very pleased with the results and care provided.

From the front desk to the dental work to the office manager, this practice is a true gem. After having a bad experience this year at another dentist in Charlotte, I needed to fix my teeth properly so my mouth didn’t hurt. Dr Gentry and the entire office are first -class professionals, which includes being kind. They won’t do anything unnecessary or mess up any work. If anything is uncomfortable, they’ll fix it. I told Dr Gentry I’m really sensitive to local anesthetic and she made note so that she wouldn’t give me too much for me.

Gentry Dental is 100% state of the art. Despite this, the manage to hold onto their personal touch.

Crowns are made in-house. The staff are all friendly. I feel I have good care at Gentry Dental.

Everyone from the receptionist to the Dentists are friendly, readily answer questions about your dental needs and are very responsive and proactive to concerns about pain, dental problems or even cost of treatment. Today was a regular cleaning appointment and I was checked in right away, waited for a few minutes, because I was early, in a warm and inviting waiting room. The cleaning, as usual, was painless and quick and with an opportunity for intervals of friendly conversation. In the follow up check, the Dentist explained I need a filling replaced and other work which was thoroughly demonstrated with pictures of my teeth and options for getting the work done. I’m a long time patient of Gentry Dental and highly recommend them based on years of experience with the practice.

Dr Gentry replaced two of my old crowns today. As usual, I enjoyed the experience with Dr Gentry and the entire staff, and I am completely satisfied with the results l. They all go out of their way to ensure my comfort. That alone would keep me coming back!

Dr. Gentry and her team have a wonderful practice. The office itself is spotless and well maintained with up-to-date equipment and technology. The decor is warm and inviting. Dr. Gentry and her team are knowledgeable and professional as well as friendly and cheerful. If you have to go to the dentist - and you should every 6 months for a cleaning anyway - expect great care and service at Gentry Dental.
