Novant Health Sleep Medicine Ballantyne

Do not go here. I was referred here by my ENT and ended up having the worst medical experience in my life under the care of Novant Health Sleep and Medicine. I will never return here, or to a Novant facility ever again. They are manipulative and do not care about their patients. After a horrible experience with the Ballantyne location, I knew that I should have gone to my ENT's other suggestion. But, after all the trouble that I went through to finally get an appointment, I decided I would go through with it. I not only received the worst customer service from their office staff and billing department, but I was also given the runaround for 7 months following a procedure with departments such as Lead Pool, Patent Partnerships and Risk Management.
