I appreciate the competent service provided at this location. There is still work to be done on the courteous professionalism side. I arrived thirteen minutes late for my appointment. The receptionist (Haley or Kaley), seated across the lobby, called out to me that because I was fifteen minutes late I would need to reschedule. (I know her name because another staff member called out to her from one of the offices in the back to tell Haley to have me reschedule.) Understood. I rescheduled the appointment. However, there are ways to handle these instances with discretion and courtesy. I would like to be treated the same way I reacted when one of my earlier appointments had to be rescheduled - after I had already arrived for it - because a staff member made an error with my insurance: with respect, grace, and courtesy. Post the policy. It should be visible in the office, and on the website, and any other mode of communication. I hope they use this review to get better.
