Doesn’t seem to care

I never got a visit when I called to let them know I was referred by the emergency room where I went went my ear started blessed profusely I was told I had to contact the hospital to have the records sent over and after reviewing them they would decide if they would see me. Compassion doesn’t seem to be there strong point, granted I only spoke with the receptionist.
