The wait time was barely minutes, the desk staff were pleasant and helpful, and the professional staff are amazing. I have visited a few times, and always appreciated the sound medical advice and skillful procedures.

Best experience I have ever had PERIOD. Walked in for second opinion, received compassionate attention after check in. Determined MRI would be next. On way home called to be in Durham by 6:30pm, arrived and given professional compassionate MRI with results 1 hour later.

I have been going to Emerge Ortho for several years. It doesn't matter which provider I see I've always received the best care. My main provider is Laraine Bowen. She really listens to you and how she may provide you with the best help she has in her tool chest. She will not stop until she has done her very best. I've also experienced this same degree of commitment with others I've seen but Laraine is who I see the most.

Appointments with Dr DeSaix and PA Eric King moved very smoothly in prep for my upcoming surgery! They were wonderful!!

Sat. appt. for urgent care@ 1230p, I knew it was going to be a wait, so when I got there, it wasn't many people in the waiting room but that doesn't mean nothing. A nice lady came out called a couple and me to the back, asked me questions then left out after that I waited in exam room from 1p to 230p NO word from staff but could hear staff, doctor and other patients talking and laughing, here I am waiting so at 230p I step out exam room, looked to left and all the staff sitting down talking and laughing , Dr. Bryan standing there writing on clipboard and I was like , MY APPT WAS AT 1230PM IT IS NOW 230PM. All the staff was speechless but this nonchalant Dr Bryan S.... gonna say I'm the only one working and I was like I know that DUHH but I could've been back here DEAD and no one would've known and not once was checked to see if I was ok, STill NO ONE SAID NOTHING BUT OTHER PATEINTS WERE SEEN AHEAD OF ME.....UNPROFESSIONAL AND THEY DON'T CARE BUT THEY WILL KEEP YOUR **COPAY...

Had a running injury to my knee. Provider was friendly, efficient, and precise on treatment recommendations.

Everyone is always friendly and knowledgeable. The doctors take time to listen to my questions and the wait time is never long.

Mr. King was great, but this company doesn't seem to really care about their patients. Their staffer lied to me. They continually send me ridiculous texts and emails regarding updating my information EVERY SINGLE TIME I have an appointment, they try to get me to pay my co-pay on-line before I even get to the appointment, most of your services are an hour and 20 minutes away from me, and they refuse to allow me to have a phone or video appointment to get my MRI results. AND, I wasn't even able to see a real doctor, but the doctor's assistant was very nice.
