Deteriorating disc in my lower back, X-rays done (multiple times). Seen Dr. Gore 5-6 times in 1-2 months), received my first epidural injection, was supposed to get my second injection within 3-4 weeks made a appointment). Got a call a WEEK before my 2nd injection appointment letting me know my insurance wants a MRI before they will approve that OK FINE). I asked if he could just order me one because I can't take any mor days off and its black out days at work. Was told by the 'WONDERFUL' nurse that I had to come in they couldn't' just order that smh! Have a appointment for that Saturday can I just come in for him to tell me I need a MRI and he order one and I can go to the hospital on the weekend to get it. If not I can't come until after December 15th tell me I need a MRI, was told no, doesn't do those on Saturdays. I'm in pain and I've already had the appointment and a spinal injections, these have to be done 3-4 weeks ands I need 4 of those. Still told Nope, these people dont care
