Long story but office was told 4 times pacemaker was placed by thoracic surgery. Pacemaker had to be changed due to recall. Dr went in blindly jerked and pulled to remove the pacemaker. I woke up during the procedure and now I have 2 leads out of place due to the pulling. The leads had been in place 12 years. I also now have a pacemaker that sits part under my armpit which causes it to flip upwards. I made the move to Raleigh and it's the best thing I've done.

Dr Harris is the best. He kept me out out the hospital following an episode of tachycardia. At each visit to the office, I never feel rushed or condescended. I have the utmost trust in him and his practice.

The women at the front desk are UNPROFESSIONAL & RUDE. They would look at you standing at the front desk before assisting you, while sitting in the waiting area one of the girls slammed the phone down after speaking with a patient breathing heavy, shaking her head, saying UGH. I work at a doctors office and when confirming or sending appointment reminders with a patient we also ask if they have any insurance they would be using so we can have it in the system and also ask to bring the card to the office. Does this not exist at this office? The lady at the front desk ask what type of insurance we had then said they wouldn’t be able to call or pull it up in the system. So now we’re paying a copay because proper questions wasn’t asked when setting the appointment & confirming.
