Waited for 75 minutes in exam room.

Physician over an hour late as we sat in an exam room with a very nervous 8 year old. Physician came in hot with no greetings or establishing some rapport with my grandson. Physician was aggravated at being late and just wanted to get down to business. The exam did not go well. I attempted to speak the the practice patient advocate a day later. It has been 10 days and she has not returned my call. The nursing assistant should have informed us at least once that the physician was running late and given us the option to reschedule. The Physician should have taken a deep breath and entered the room and established a rapport with the patient, particularly a child.
