The staff are courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. I have been treated as a valued patient and had my various ophthalmologic situations handled well which included a torn retina. I highly recommend Dr. Tanzie and his staff.

Very likely Dr James Harris
Dr Harris made my client at ease explained everything to him he wanted a second opinion and we chose Greystone his knowledge and understanding of how he was feeling made him feel comfortable and confident about the situation he was able to make decisions that were not just about him being able to get his surgery done and explained everything to him

Easy appointment
I’m a Type 1 diabetic who has a medical eye exam every year. I appreciate Graystone’s efficiency. I’m in and out in less than an hour and half, including an appointment for the next year. I would highly recommend Graystone and Dr. Lira.

Everyone is very friendly and helpful. For example, as I was leaving an elderly woman using a walker was looking for the check out area. A random worker coming down the hall also noticed. She hurry to the woman and happily volunteered to walk with her to where she needed to go. I have found the wait time minimal. Doctor Hargrove is great! He has a wonderful personality and put you at ease no matter what your problem may be. If you have any eye problems I would recommend you give Graystone a call.

Fabulous Group of Physicians at Graystone Eye
The Drs are the best at Graystone, very personable, skilled, and great bedside manner. They always explain everything in full. The staff is excellent as well, from check-in and out to the nursing assistants for the Drs. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend
Dr Adair and his team are phenomenal. My 6 year old has major anxiety with any form of physician and Dr Adair was so kind and friendly with him. My son did not have any anxiety at all. The visit was amazing and Dr Adair explained everything in a way I understood and my son understood. Highly recommend.

Good thorough care
I appreciate that they are up to date on the latest treatment and medical device technology. I was surprised on how advanced they were for a town the size of Hickory. They see large numbers of patients every day but seem to be well equipped and very efficient at handling the volume. I would recommend.
