I went to an appointment and was expecting results from a urine test and discussing what may come next. Instead, I was met in the hallway and was told the Dr. wanted an Xray and a procedure done before he came in and talked to me. Never in my life have I had a Dr. do a procedure without speaking to me about what the procedure was. Let me ask questions, discuss possible alternatives, etc. So, I left because no one would tell me what procedure. Couple days later I received a threateningish letter. Very unprofessional. All they had to do was tell me what the procedure entailed. People deserve to be spoken to respectfully and things explained thoroughly. Doctors are not Gods, and that is how it felt. I am God so you should do what I say and not ask questions.

I am a long time patient due to having kidney stones since I was in my late teens. I'm now in my 50's. Dr. Anderson would be appalled at how far downhill the practice has gone since his retirement. Even with copy of CT scan faxed for immediate review and numerous voice mails left to 'triage RN' not one call was returned even after speaking several times with front office staff. Reviews about uncaring, rude, and insensitive staff are all true in my personal experience. The exam rooms are run down and equipment outdated. All of which could be overlooked if the staff were care providers versus an insurance mill for seniors who are forced to check in with technology they don't understand how to use. It's a disgrace one referral to a provider over an hour away was met with kindness and urgency when I'm established patient of over 30 years here. I will be transferring my care due to the lack of continuity of care and professionalism.

I have a relative who has been waiting for test results for 2 months. You can never get through to the office, and they never call you back. Follow-up communication with the patient is non-existent.
