I have to be honest. I saw doctor Dy and one of his other PAs previously. And I was pleased at my experience. But I was just there again, and saw a different PA. And holy smokes. What a terrible experience. I will never be back. I’ve been dealing with lightheadedness and other issues related to the heart. The staff got me in quickly. It the PA was the worst ever. I commented on what I thought the issue might be. Instead of taking me seriously and attempting to investigate. The PA decided to grill me in an attempt to discredit any thought that I may potentially have. It really seemed like the reason was to establish her authority. She even asked me if I thought she wasn’t smart enough or qualified enough to help. Me. When I agreed. She literally told me that I could leave and could get help at an ER. The irony of the situation is what I had suggested as the issue actually had been for me in the past. Apparently that doesn’t matter. Because she knows different.
