Office staff are unprofessional. They have no concern, care, or connection to their job of working in a medical facility. It truly takes people that truly care about other people and patients to have any involvement in the medical fields along with more than showing up at the place you work just to collect a paycheck(s) and "acting"like you truly care when you don't. (when you neglect me or anyone else, that shows that you dont value me or others) It truly takes having and showing humility and have true consideration ( putting people or patients equally or above yourselves and their need(s).They have showed me they are not it. They provoke, instigate, and fabricate problems for me especially when they are the ones being unprofessional and rude.
