PAE
The visit was fine. The staff was professional and the procedure went pain free and smooth. However, there were no post operation calls or a second visit to discuss results. It has been 6 months and PAE has had no impact on my urinary problem. I was told by the doctor that the success rate 85% to 90%. It is hard to believe the procedure is hit or miss unless blocking arterials with nanoparticles to prevent blood flow to the prostate and cause its shrinkage was done incorrectly. I definitely do not recommend the procedure whether the procedure is questionable or the practice is competent.
