Looking for new Doctor

Dr. O’Donnell was my primary doctor, I tried booking a new appointment and they said they have no record of me so I had to book as a new patient. I explained that I have physical records of my appointments and I was there less than 2 years prior but they still say I am considered a new patient and have to wait 3 months of an appointment although the website lets me book appointments for today.
