Very disappointing and hurtful!
Our first interaction in 2021 with Dr. Pathak when we were in New Hanover was great. However, when trying to get his help after a recent infection, he refused to help us. I have never encountered a doctor who was unwilling to provide services to help a former patient. I was literally crying on the phone asking for help and was told we should see a different doctor for continuity of care. I cannot believe that someone can possibly be so cold. I really believed that he cared for my husband and wanted to help us but I was very very mistaken.
