Arrogant and no empathy
I had been going here since 2017 when I first saw Dr Johnson. I have severe back and knee pain. I drove an hour and a half each way to see Dr Grace. He discharged me as a patient after an appt my mom came in with me. He doesn’t like being questioned. I missed an appt and gave over 24 hours notice because my back was so painful I couldn’t make the trip to Bismarck. Tried to appeal and he said to continue with discharge. Now I can’t get in anywhere for months. He knew what issues I had. But he doesn’t care. He cares about money only not the patients. Do yourself a favor and establish care with another provider who actually cares about their patients and understands the pain they are in.
