When I reached out to inquire about an appointment, they responded immediately--which was great. We set up a time, and they told me they would send me the necessary intake paperwork via email before my appointment. I never heard from them again, even after trying to contact them several times. I got on the telehealth portal at the allotted time, hoping we could proceed without the paperwork and that I could explain I didn't have it, but no provider ever came online. I feel extremely discouraged by the experience and wish there had been some communication if they were unable to keep the appointment.
