Filled out their online form and provided my insurance information (Medicare and Medicaid). Waited about a week for a call back. Confirmed my insurance information and their acceptance of it (it was on the form after all) and then DOUBLE CHECKED WITH THEM “you accept MediCARE, right” and was told they did.. They called me THE DAY OF MY APPOINTMENT (after yet another week had elapsed) to say they couldn’t see me because they don’t accept the Medicare insurance. When I went in to confront them about it and get it straightened out they made excuses and didn’t take responsibility. I know they accept Medicare because they are listed on the Medicare Provider List on Medicare dot gov. Utter bs.I hate liars. These aren’t professionals and this is the exact reason why I have to be in crisis or close to it before I seek help. An utter joke.

I see Trish through tele-health and it works well for me. At first things seemed like a check list we were going through but then she really listened and LOOKED at me to see how I’m doing. It took about 2-3 sessions before a real rapport was established. I’ve had some refills that haven’t been ready as needed but that has been resolved. I’m happy with her and that’s a really great feeling and a relief after searching for a provider. Bonnie Brown was the worst tele-health experience I could have imagined. Her face was turned away while typing and she only looked at me when I finally asked what she was doing. She didn’t acknowledge me as a person. When she finally was ready to pronounce her recommendation for something to work on it was painfully clear that she hadn’t listened to me at all. The blame game doesn’t work for me especially when someone doesn’t know what they’re talking about. Negative stars. Do not try a tele-health with her, though, in person is probably just as bad.
