Surgicenter of Norfolk

Nursing was OK, anesthesia was questionable at best. Noisy in the pre surgical area and not a lot of consideration for patient comfort or confidentiality. Billing was the worst of it by far. It took 9 months to receive a bill and then wanted to be paid in full. I paid monthly and would have been paid off in nine months had they sent me a monthly bill with current balance. After I called about the bill I never seen another bill for 3 months but received a letter from a collection agency. My credit score has always been in the 800's, never missed a payment in my life. I was finally able to find a working number for Norfolk Anesthesia Partners and paid remainder of balance only to get another collection letter for final attempt 2 weeks later. Now going to make a complaint to the better business bureau.
