I waited ten days to receive MRI results for breast cancer. My nurse was told that the only person who was qualified to read the results was out of the office for several days. Even after their return it took a call from the director of the department to get them to read it. No one told me that this would happen and no one was filling in for that person. My oncologist, Dr Anond told me to get the MRI before having surgery, but then he called me and yelled at me for not having surgery yet. When I reminded him of his own instructions, he told me to not ask him about surgery, because he went to school to become an oncologist, not a surgeon an to stop putting off my surgery. My surgeon and plastic surgeon were both waiting for the MRI results to know how to move forward. During my only appointment with Dr Anond, he was impatient and condescending and kept interrupting my husband and me when we tried to ask questions. I won’t see him again.
