It is really unfortunate that I need to make this review. The service from the providers - EXCELLENT! The service from front desk and billing staff - AWFUL! I was incorrectly notified of what my sessions would cost 3 separate times - only to be told later that I owed more due to insurance. I understand how insurance works - but when I’m told that my benefits have been checked and I’ll owe $$$, then I expect to pay that. A mistake made once I can forgive. A mistake made twice - frustration. A mistake a third time - irresponsible!!! Then to have the front desk staff interrupt me repeatedly during the phone call to inquire about this is just disrespectful. Not mention taking zero accountability and blaming me for the false information given. Then to be hung up on. I’m so sorry I have to leave these great providers because I can’t trust the administrative staff. And when I ask to have the owner call me they say she won’t be doing that and hang up on me. Awful awful service!
