Rude Receptionist
I called and spoke with a receptionist to get a copy of my prescription and she stated she could not get a prescription for me because I had not had a refraction completed when I came in last august. I indicated that this was no correct. I had already called and was transferred to the vision center to get the prescription and they said there wasn't at prescription but I could get an appointment with Dr. Deckelbaum, she had availability. She stated she could not , I had to stay with my normal doctor, because he was following a cataract in my eye, another lie. She stated they would not be able to give me a new prescription until the cataract was removed. I asked for her name and to speak with someone else and she hung up on me. I called back and spoke with a technician. She stated I didn't have a prescription and I must have opted out of it when I was in last August, I stated I would not have done that. She stated she would get me an appointment. At this point I refuse to go back.
