Not a good experience
I got to Convenient MD in Concord NH at about 8:00 a.m and they have a new check in system. There is a kiosk that you sign in on and then do all the rest of check in on your cell phone which is a lot of questions. I waited about 5 minutes and then about 30 in the room. The PA was friendly, but didn't give me any instructions about the medication. The wrong medication was sent to pharmacy and the pharmacist tried to call the provider at Convenient MD with no answer. I called and LM, then called again and was hung up on immediately as it was picked up. I drove all the way back and they tried to make me sign in AGAIN. I told them my problem and now was given a paper script. The pharmacist said the script was STILL wrong, but she filled for me anyway since she knew me and fixed the instructions a little. Overall it was a horrible experience and I will not be going back.
