This place is so disorganized and nobody knows what the other is doing. They don’t call you back for weeks, schedule appointments via teledoc and don’t show up for them, charge you for appointments they reschedule (both times) now today I had a teledoc to get my medication renewed and some APRN was on instead of my doctor and informed me they don’t renew meds through teledoc (which they have been doing for 8 months now- I only went to office once and had one home visit) I have spinal stenosis which they have proof off I had surgery in January and another coming up soon and she treated me like I was just trying to get drugs. I am just shocked how they treat people. They don’t care what you are going through. The APRN was very rude and unprofessional. Find another pain care center.
