This office is the most unreasonable, inefficient and grossly negligent when it comes to caring for their patients. Refusing to see patients if they’re only 5 minutes late, booking incredibly far out, rarely answering phones or returning calls. Not to mention - Dr. Winiecki was supposed to be surveilling a lung nodule that my father had. For YEARS he failed to even see him for an office visit never mind order the chest CTs every six months. I found out about this and got my father seen by UMass and he was swiftly diagnosed with lung cancer that could have spread and become so much more invasive. DO. NOT. become or remain a patient here.

I have been a patient with Jaffrey Family Medicine, for over a year. The providers have always been, friendly and take the time to listen. I'm very happy with my medical care. The front office, they are always polite, and proper. I have never had an issue with their in-office experience. The paperwork part of the office, have and had their problems. They did not start having issues until the early days of COVID. It was bad, it's much better now. They still haVE problems, they are improving, however.

Very rude staff including the doctors and nurses.
