Horribly rude and dishonest Office staff
The off ice staff here will threaten you with missed appt charge, then cancel your appt and lie, claiming you did this, then refuse to allow you to escalate your concerns before hanging up on you and not answering the phone when you repeatedly call back. They will bill you for appointment ts they miss and other undefined charges. I would notRecommend this practice.
