A patient for many many years. With the same MD, followed him from this practice and back to it. Over this long period of time, I missed some appointments, the last few were because they changed appts and used an outdated email address.This was the only doctor who has ever successfully tested my pain without opioids, and they refuse to continue treating me. I have now been work out a pain management provider that can help me for over 4 months. I live in considerable pain and have even begged to see my MD and the office manager has refused.
