I am not happy at all. I have been waiting for a sleep pack machine for nine months. I reached out to this place many times and to prevail no call backs. The nurse said she was going to reach out to lincare to get me a sleep pack machine ordered. I called lincare because she said two months ago she was going to take care of it lincare told me they received no order from my doctor. I am very frustrated I understand there is a recall on sleep machines but it should not take this long. I will be reaching out to corporate and I will be switching medical providers. I am a unsatisfied customer I have been very patient very respectful and even though I am upset an angry with them I have never disrespected any of the people there I have been always respectful and I feel like I am a nobody to this company. I recommend that you do not go here
