Horrible. Checked in a 1153am for my 12pm appt. Got a text at 1155am thanking me for my copayment. Not the first time coming here. At 1pm, still sitting there waiting to be seen. I approach reception and ask, how much longer till I see the doctor? (I’m sick and think it’s the flu). She calls someone from her cell and says, there’s a patient here complaining about wait time, then tells me a manager will be right there to see me. 10 mins later, I approach the receptionist again and ask for my copay back. She tells me the Dr is refusing to see me bc I already have a pcp and said he wants to know if I will make him my pcp. I said after this? Absolutely NOT. Then I’m Immediately whisked into a room, a nurse checks my vitals and says Dr will be right in. 20 mins later she comes back and asks if the Dr came in yet. I said no, of course not. She then gave me a flu test , said 10 mins we will have results. Then the Dr comes in, says ur positive for flu…didn’t ask a thing about symptoms etc then
