Bad service
Absolutely the worst customer service ever, after purchasing my glasses I call back 4 times to ask questions about my lens and each time on hold for 15 minutes, I left two messages to call back and ask for the manager and never got a call back. I transferred all my info to pickup at the Manchester store.I had to call the Manchester store manager, to call the Brick store, so I could talk to the Brick store manager about the issues I had with workers at the Brick store. (Never happened) That tells you how terrible the Brick store is. (BEWARE) Go to the Manchester store, 100% better with the best customer service, ask for Vicky the manager.
