I do NOT recommend Jersey Dental Group at 1900 Mt. Holly Road, Suite 2-C, Burlington, NJ! I had an appointment today at 10 am. This appointment was confirmed by both a text and an email. The person I spoke to the prior week who made the appointment for me took my health insurance information and even gave me a temporary patient ID. So you can imagine how surprised I was when I went there and was told there was NO appointment for me on that day at that time! I was furious. I took off from work, drove 45 minutes and 35 miles, to be told there was no appointment. They blamed the Call Center (which I found out today when I called to speak to a manager that they are located in El Salvador, Central America!) I think they need a new call center! I was in pain for 2 weeks with my tooth and then was told no appointment. The only good thing was that they referred me to Community Dental across the road. They took me in right away, with no appointment, as an emergency walk-in. Dr. Gene was awesome
