Intake

Today I met with the nurse practitioner. It was my first visit and she took my history, gave me physical exam to see where and what causes my pain, and then she discussed possible treatments for the pain. In two weeks I meet with the doctor. I had brought all but 2 tests results with me but I was asked to have those 2 sent to the doctor prior to my visit. It is very easy to get to Relievus. There is plenty of free parking and the waiting room is very nice. I found everyone at the front desk to be quite friendly and helpful. I really like the nurse practitioner. She was caring, listens well, knowledgeable and put me right at ease. I am looking forward to my next visit.
