NJ Eye and Ear wasted my time and money.

I liked this facility until my appointment was canceled yesterday after my arrival. l had verified my appointment before arriving as requested by the NJ Eye and Ear Center. I am looking for a new reliable eye doctor now and a facility that respects patients and our time enough to cancel days in advance with us like patients are asked to do. Yesterday I went to this eye center. I got a last-minute switch-up after waiting a while, I was told that Dr. Stegman no longer accepts my Horizon insurance. This facility wanted me to return this weekend to see another eye doctor. I have other plans. I went out of my way and neighborhood late in the day yesterday for nothing. I wasted my transit money, energy, and time. I got stuck waiting to go home in the evening in a not-so-good area after hours. I feel like my oral problem caused my tongue to swell up more waiting in the heat outside after this. I will be taking my future business where my time is appreciated.Show less
