Wait at least an hour, no matter when you come in. First appointment of the day? So are 5 other people, and whichever doctor you're seeing won't be in for another hour. One time I had an 9 AM appointment and wasn't seen until 12 PM. On top of that, you are rushed through everything once you're actually called back. At my most recent appointment, I was the next person in line when I signed in. I waited 50 minutes, then sat in the exam room for 15 minutes. The doctor saw me for 3-5 minutes. Didn't look at me, listened to my heart for a second, offered 3 or 4 referrals, and left. You are not treated like a human being, your concerns will be mostly ignored, and they will just try to get you to see as many of their doctors as possible.Terrible place to go, unpleasant doctors, and a massively overworked staff who do not have the time or energy to help you. No shame to the staff, but all in all a horrible experience every time.
