We went to Windsor for many years. My wife participated in clinical trials for psoriasis and I went for regular checkups. Early on skin cancer was found on my left forearm and was removed. About 5 years ago I went with a complaint about a sore spot on my head. Freeze it no problem I was told. After Covid restrictions were lifted I went again. This was about two years later and had the same complaint. Freeze it... so they did. It came back. I moved to Florida and went to a dermatologist here and indeed it was cancerous. They removed it. How two doctors there missed an obvious diagnosis is shameful, especially when I was insistent about the pain it was causing. Maybe they should freeze their practice until they are more skilled.

On October 28, my wife went for a check-up office visit appointment at this practice. As she always does when making appointments, she expressly asked the office staff if their services were covered by insurance. The finance staffer lied to her by telling her that they were. It turns out that this practice operates as a Tier 2 practice not covered by our insurance. As a result, they sent us an exorbitant $157 bill on December 1. There is no way we should be responsible for this, because the practice deliberately deceived us about our insurance status. My wife would never have made this appointment or kept it if they had told the truth. It defies all logic and reason to claim otherwise, but this practice is still doing so.
