Everything was by the book just fine. No qualms about skill or competence. However, I never felt I was considered an actual person. All very 'next.' Almost zero eye contact with staff.

If you are getting an endoscopy, the advanced endoscopy & surgical center is the place to go. The facility is ultra clean with state of the art equipment. The entire staff is compassionate, knowledgeable, & make you feel at ease & comfortable. The whole procedure went smoothly, a non-event. A piece of cake.

Everyone were very professional but nice at the same time, made you feel comfortable, before the procedure.

I had a great experience at Advanced Endoscopy. The staff and nurses were super friendly and helpful. They took good care of me and answered all of my questions. I did not have to wait long. My procedure was at 8:30am and I was home by 10:30am.

I am an extremely hard stick and because of this I tend to be afraid of needles I explained this upon first arrival and before the stick numerous times I ended up getting stuck 4! Times and the anesthesia was trying to stick me the same time as the nurse and because they didn’t listen my vein burst and I left with bursing a what I suggested initially ended up working to make matters worse the Drs didn’t communicate with the Drs about me leaving ( the dr said I can leave when I’m ok but didn’t tell the nurse this ) I ended up sitting for an extra hour and I heard the head nurse say and I quote “ idc im not listening to no patient “ and continued to make side remarks about me it’s a small place so I can hear her and was making up excuses on why I couldn’t leave but needed up not doing it just poor service and behavior I’ll never go here again
