First, Dr. Hodes is fantastic, a truly caring doctor. Unfortunately, his administrative staff are HORRENDOUS. I have had nothing but problems with them for years. Procedures billed incorrectly, appointments canceled at the last minute, incredibly rude staff - including one woman who chastised me for not telling the nurse my medication had changed, even thought they never confirmed what medications they had listed for me. The current issue that has put me over the edge is the real winner - there was miscommunication regarding a bill for an endoscopy (which of course the office takes no responsibility for) and my account went to collections. After learning that, I have been making payments to bring the balance down. I've been trying to refill my prescription for 2 weeks without anyone answering the phone or responding to my messages. Finally, I had to select the option saying I was a doctor to get through to anyone. I was told that since my balance is not paid in full, they will not make
