Hackensack Meridian Medical Group-Orthopedic Surgery

I have always thought people who write negative reviews are just trolls so that fact I am writing should let you know how bad this place is. I have been to my fair of doctors and never have I ever been treated like I was with Hackensack Meridian Medical Group - Orthopedic Surgery. I have an appointment at 10am, I am told go across the street to get x-rays before coming over, ok fine. Since this is not my first rodeo I get to the x-ray place at 9:15am. Mind you this is the radiology department for the entire hospital, so there is a long line to check in. When I go to check in they do not have my name. Realizing this is not a fast moving process I call the office and let them know I am waiting for x-ray. I am told not a problem. After an hour of waiting I finally get my x-ray and head back across the street for my apt. When I check in I am told my apt is cancelled bc I am late. I say I called and they said too bad. I wish I had more room to write but trust me STAY AWAY.
