Practice

This review is not in regards to the Dr’s, but the staff. There are specifically 2 employees that are extremely rude and do not know “policy & procedure”, instead they say you are being difficult and tell you that you have to come in 2 days prior to your surgery for clearance. I have been in the healthcare field for years and work for HMH and I have NEVER met such incompetent people in my life. Not to mention that the office manager told me not to worry about the employee that was rude to me it was in the past and we aren’t going to hash it out we will just move forward is the icing on the cake. So this is my next step, now that they are officially part of HMH, now something will be done about it.
