Pathetic Policy
This place has a stupid policy that cancellations are prior to 48 hrs and they charge 25$ is you try to re-schedule before that. And the worst part is they call to remind 24hrs ahead for an appointment that was scheduled 3 months ago and each time you try to re-schedule they threaten with the 25$ fee even though you are trying to reschedule and NOT cancel. And the worst part they don't even care if you say you are not returning back to the clinic. They just say ok and disconnect. Pathetic!!
